The Rae Ripple Foundation
Building What Comes Next.
The Rae Ripple Foundation creates hands on paths into skilled trades for young people and families ready to build a life with something solid under it.
Why This Is Part Of My Story
I Know What It Means To Rebuild From Nothing.
Welding gave me more than a career. It gave me proof that a future could be built one skill, one choice and one finished piece at a time.
The Foundation is where that lesson stops being only mine. It exists to create real access to skilled trades, mentorship and the kind of steady follow through that can turn raw ability into a life someone can stand on.
This is not about rescuing people. It is about recognizing capability, making room for it and putting real tools within reach.
A path forward begins when someone believes you are capable.
What I Have Lived Through Will Not Be Lived In Vain. I Choose To Use It For Love.
What The Foundation Builds
A Path Forward. Built To Hold Weight.
The goal is not a single inspiring day. It is lasting structure, from the first hands on experience through education, employment and the ability to keep moving forward.
Hands On Skills
Welding, fabrication, art and real work that turns curiosity into confidence and confidence into usable skill.
Follow Through
Mentorship, accountability, education, employment and practical support designed to keep a path from disappearing.
Family + Future
Opportunities for young people and parents to rebuild connection, pursue trade education and move forward together.
The Build Carrying It Forward
One Build. Built To Carry Hope Forward In 2027.
The 1964 Chevrolet Bel Air began as a gift from Derek Bieri of Vice Grip Garage after appearing on MotorTrend's Roadworthy Rescues. Rae is transforming it through hand cut steel, stained glass and the hands of people who believe in what comes next.
The car is scheduled to cross the block at Mecum Kissimmee in January 2027, with proceeds helping carry the Foundation's first scholarships and programs into motion.
